Freya takes her time, ensures that you are comfortable. If you choose to have a full blown conversation like I do, it distracts your mind from the 2 seconds of pain. I've gone to five other waxers before finding this gem, and I must say, she's the best. I feel comfortable everytime. She just has a special touch. She's extremely thorough, taking her time to ensure that every grain of hair is removed. She's the epitome of excellent customer service.
